No stranger to the Rotorua hospitality scene, Jo set up the iconic Blue Baths over 20 years ago, and it’s been at the centre of the city’s social life for decades. Terrace Kitchen has been conceived as the younger, cheekier sister. “I’m hooked on the creative process: the behind-the-scenes orchestration that goes into creating a special experience for people when they visit any of our venues – the setting, the service and, of course, the food.” When not at work, Jo can generally be found playing with her grandchildren or on the family farm at Lake Tarawera.

Claudia is a proud mum of two gorgeous kids – Bree and Dylan. In her down time if she’s not at work or spending time with the family, you’ll find her enjoying a glass of Pinot. With 10 years’ experience in the hospitality industry, her knowledge and hands-on approach has enabled her to create incredible and bespoke events. Being busy (if not hectic) and watching events come together is her happy place.
